Eire Gulf Interiors proudly completed a major refurbishment at Ranches Primary School, focusing on enhancing functionality and creating innovative learning spaces.
Scope of Work:
1. Ground Floor Upgrades:
• Installation of a modern café under the staircase with essential connections.
• Reception modifications, including the removal of a glass partition and addition of a PE office.
• Upgrades to the cafeteria with a new handwash area and refreshed paintwork.
2. First Floor Enhancements:
• Conversion of an external terrace into three classrooms with advanced MEP systems and sandwich panel roofing.
• Transformation of void areas into three EAL labs with durable reinforced concrete structures.
• High-quality finishes, including screed, vinyl flooring, and custom joinery.
This refurbishment expanded the school’s functional space, increased its enrollment capacity, and created an inspiring learning environment tailored to modern educational needs.
